Back in 2017, I signup for a Teamviewer business license. And was a happy user in 2019 I changed the job and no longer needed to use it saw I decided not to renew the license and that where thing went south and Teamviewer initiated fine print scam tactics.
The usual case when your card expires on any service I use, and for example, would be Google Cloud, AWS, SquareSpace; they cancel the service. Well, this is not the case for Teamviewer. Teamviewer bill you for the future period for service that you will never use and file in the collection agency to extort money from you knowing that you are no longer use service and never will.
Not to mention that service not providing any billing history any past or future invoices, and there is no easy way to contact support. Teamviewer support service is an infinite loop of never-ending links.
Teamviewer community page consists of hundreds of complaints on this topic. On some, there is Teamviewer member reply, with a link to create a ticket that looped at the beginning.
